Victoria trained at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama from 2011- 2014.

Since 2013, Victoria has worked with Punchdrunk in various roles, from assisting on the production of various projects across departments, to also administering the Punchdrunk office. Projects include: Managing Punchdrunk Enrichment's The Lost Lending Library, The Drowned Man Professional Development Programme, Assistant Producing Absolut Silverpoint, Production Assistant on Sleep No More Shanghai, Enrichment's The Oracles & various R&D projects and other productions.

Victoria is now freelance and is currently working as:
- Creative Producer with Rebecca Evans and her company Pell Ensemble creating digital dance work.
- Project Manager with Avant Garde Dance Company
- Assistant Producer withDarkfield, founded by David Rosenberg, Glen Neath & Andrea Salazar. Working on new experiential work taking place in shipping containers touring the UK and further afield.
- Graphic Designer & Website builder for various companies including choreographer James Finnemore & the Punchdrunk and Punchdrunk International websites, amongst others.
