An experienced arts manager, Jennifer has worked across dance, music, theatre and visual arts. She was awarded a Fellowship of ISPA (International Society of Performing Arts) and has served as a director of Castlegate Arts (Aberdeen Arts Centre) and Abderite Theatre Company.

Jennifer is currently Producer at Starcatchers, a pioneering arts and Early Years organisation based in Scotland specialising in performances and creativity for babies, toddlers and young children aged 0-5 and the adults who care for them. Alongside this, Jennifer runs FuturePerfect, producing and project managing for Matthew Hawkins and Rob Heaslip Dance, and other projects.

Jennifer's programming experience includes the DanceLive Festival (contemporary dance festival in Aberdeen), Woodend Barn (multi arts venue in Aberdeenshire), MiniFest (a multi artform festival for young audiences in the North East) and Aberdeen Art Gallery & Museums. Producing experience includes large scale community shows, contemporary dance and theatre tours of Scotland and at Edinburgh Festival Fringe, for dance artists and companies including Company Chordelia, Jack Webb, Dudendance, Colette Sadler and Matthew Hawkins.

Previously Jennifer was Artistic Producer at Woodend Barn, as part of Creative Scotland’s Producers’ Project initiative, developing capacity across contemporary dance and theatre. Other roles include performance programmer for Aberdeen Art Gallery and Museums, and Director of the DanceLive Festival and Artistic Director/General Manager of Citymoves Dance Agency, where she led the strategic direction of the organisation and implemented a range of programmes encompassing performance, participation and artist development. Previous to this, she worked with Aberdeen International Youth Festival, Abderite Theatre, Warwick Arts Centre and Chichester Festival Theatre.
