Carly is the founder and director of Passion & Purpose; a company that provide management and producing support to Hip Hop Dance Artists on an individual or group basis.

Carly has a wide range of skills and qualifications and has undertaken a vast amount of training and courses provided by the IDMN, Dance UK, ILM, Impact Dance and Mentoring. She has been working with artists and projects for the last four years.

Carly has a been successful in Four Arts Council England Awards. One International crowd funder scheme and one local authority fund. In between working with artists Carly responds to Project Management and Technical requests.

The Company approach is pragmatic and innovative, with a passion and commitment to make things happen.
