Previously, IDMN has played an active role in the production of the Independent Dance Managers' Review (written by Kathy O'Brien and Nigel Hinds) and the Independent Dance Managers' Audit of Services (written by Sarah Trist). In addition, Working Groups have investigated specific issues and made recommendations with regard to appraisal guidelines for IDMs, a generic job description for an IDM and appropriate fee structures for IDMS.
