Nicky trained in Arts Management at DeMontfort University,
launching straight into a successful career in the arts, initially working in different capacities for The RSC, ArtsFest and Arts and Business. Full-time positions have included Marketing and Education Administrator for Anjali Dance Company [2002 - 2004], and
Marketing Officer for Motionhouse Dance Theatre [2004 - 2007].

Nicky’s productive role with Motionhouse saw an increase in the company’s profile, which won them the audience award at The National Dance Awards in January 06, having called to action thousands of fans to vote for the company via text message.
