Following her training at the Laban Centre for Movement and Dance, Joyce has worked as a freelance dance artist and manager for a range of dance institutions and organisations including Laban, Greenwich Dance Agency, Greenwich Musical Theatre, UK Foundation for Dance and Tavasiva Dance.

As a performer Joyce has worked with a variety of small- mid scale companies including Adzido and Marcial Dance.

Joyce is an independent dance manager/consultant and the co-founder of Dance Physics. Working with a range of artists Dance Physics aims to promote participation in dance and other forms of physical activity as a stimulating and creative pursuit within schools and community settings.
