After 6 years as General Manager of DanceEast, the National Dance Agency for the East of England, Fiona left at the end of 2004 to set up Arts Services Ltd which since then has been providing Management, Producing, Fundraising and Consultancy services to the performing arts.

Dance Clients include: Maresa von Stockert's Tilted Productions, Norfolk Dance, Ersatz Dance, choreographer James Hewison, choreographer Tom Dale, Jean Abreu Dance Company. Other Clients include: Colchester Arts Centre, the Mercury Theatre Colchester, Harlow Council, Essex County Council and poet Martin Newell.
