He
was also responsible for the European promotion and coordination of FACETS 2002, international choreographic laboratory in Bangalore, India. Eckhard managed a series of 6 intergenerational artists residencies on behalf of South East Arts as part of the first New Audiences
programme. He was the first dance development officer
for the
Hampshire Dance, developing it from its inception to a
thriving
regional dance
organisation, which offered a programme of
commissions,
community dance and touring to Hampshire venues.
