Tim Tubbs: is a freelance dance manager, producer & consultant. He programmed Sadler’s Wells for 6 years (1986-1993), has run Marylebone Dance Studio for 10 years (1998-2009), curated seasons for ROH2 Royal Opera House, produced, managed and toured dance companies, artists & shows since 1996 including: Shobana Jeyasingh, Imlata, Union, Sakoba, Bi Ma, Mavin Khoo and Tavaziva dance companies, undertaken event management & consultancies for Mayor of London (The Big Dance 2006, Regent Street Festival 2007), Dance Umbrella, Momentum and the Dancer’s Trust and worked with a wide range of independent artists including: Saju, Shane Shambhu, Seeta Patel, Gerrard Martin, David Hughes, Liz Lea, Jean Abreu, Tobias Tak, Namron, Irven Lewis and Edwin Lung. He is also a freelance writer and lecturer.
