Charlotte is a director of an arts organisation (Turtle Key Arts) and has worked for the past twenty years in arts production and management. She has run an arts venue, produced both theatre and dance performances and has specialised in devising and running education, disability arts and integrated projects. During this time she has also directed and worked as a dramaturg and has carried out some teaching on arts administration courses.
